Nepal Airlines Corporation Committee Recommends Six DHC-6-400's

04-Jun-2018, Kathmandu  The committee formed to recommend additional Twin Otter requirements for Nepal Airlines submitted their report to the government last week. They have recommended a total of 6 new aircraft.

The committee has also suggested that the trade-in of Nepal Airlines existing -300 series should be pursued separately, in order to maximize return.

The plan is expected to be tabled with the Nepal Airlines board shortly, after which the necessary finance will be arranged.

Nepal Airlines has had the Twin Otter as part of their fleet for forty-seven years.
