Additional Historical Information

17-Sep-1994 While climbing through 100ft on a 16nm flight to Pruth Bay, an elevator cable broke just as the flaps were retracting. The aircraft stalled and crashed into the water and sank immediately. There were four aboard, of which only one survived (the Captain).
