31-Aug-2007 While flying at low level along a river between Punia and Goma, Congo the aircraft collided with power lines, severing a large portion of the vertical stabilizer. The aircraft was ditched into the river, and subsequently sank. It was operating a humanitarian flight on behalf of Air Serv International.
