12-Apr-1990 - Crashed into the sea shortly after take-off from Værøy, operating a scheduled service to Bodø, Norway. Although the wind speed was 14 knots over the company limit (with gusts reaching 57 knots) the aircraft continued its departure. It entered an area of severe turbulence and wind shear after take-off, which ultimately caused a structural overload, and the aircraft crashed into the water. There were 5 fatalities.
