28-Apr-1974 - Overshot runway, flipped and slid down embankment on landing at Sala Phou Koun, Laos. The wreckage was airlifted from the accident site to Vang Vieng by Air America CH-47C Chinook, and subsequently transported to Udorn, Thailand via C-130 Hercules. It was determined to be a total loss, and the registration was cancelled 02-July-1974 as “scrapped”
