17-Dec-1994 Collided with mountainside at 6400ft level, near Olsobip, Papua New Guinea. Aircraft was enroute from Tabubil to Selbang in poor weather. There were a total of 28 fatalities – the passenger load was 18 adults, 5 children and 3 infants plus a crew of 2.
