16-May-1982 - Crashed approximately 1300 feet short of the runway (100 feet from the Bering Sea) on approach to Hooper Bay, AK. The aircraft stalled shortly after landing flaps were selected as a result of the c of g being 7.7% aft of the maximum limit. There were no fatalities.
