Further details of accident 26-Oct-1991; Twice failed to become airborne on take-off from Chevak, AK & crashed into a nearby gully. At the time there were 30-40kt crosswinds, and the take-off was attempted with a flap setting contrary to the weather conditions at the time. The aircraft was transported to Springbank, AB for rebuilding.
