08-Jul-2007 - Crashed on take-off from a gravel airstrip adjacent to the Northern Rockies Lodge at Muncho Lake, BC. Subsequent investigation determined that at its operating weight the aircraft lacked sufficient performance to clear the obstacles at the end of the 950ft runway. The aircraft was destroyed by post impact fire, there was one fatality and four injured.
